Standard UK Mainland delivery is 2-3 working days. We also offer a next day delivery service. View our delivery options
We offer free shipping when you spend more than £200. It doesn't matter the weight or how many ventilation products you order, it's still free.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners.
At times your order maybe split into separate deliveries. This is because your order cant be dispatched from the same warehouse to meet your promised delivery date. In some cases we will dispatch your order direct from the manufacturer
We're sorry to hear this. Simply email us at hello@efans.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving your goods. Unfortunately if you haven't raised that you are missing an item within this timeframe then we will be unable to resend out a replacement.
