Why choose the heated version?
The heater tempers the fresh air so it doesn't feel cool coming in, which many people prefer in winter. Mounted at the diffuser it can add up to 4 °C to the air entering the room. If you don't need heating, the 476310 is the non-heated model.
Will it stop condensation and mould?
Yes, PIV lowers indoor humidity and keeps air moving, which is a proven way to cure condensation and mould at the cause rather than treating the symptoms.
