    Standard UK Mainland Delivery
    If you are not in a rush, then we offer standard delivery and your order should be with you between 2-3 working days.

    Next Working Day Delivery 
    Place your order before 12pm Monday to Thursday and receive your order the next working day. Orders placed on Friday before 11am will be processed and delivered on Monday. (Excludes Sunday’s and Public Holidays)

    Nominated Day Delivery
    We know sometimes you will need an order on a particular date in the future. Simply select this option at checkout and add what date you would like to receive the order. We will then contact you to confirm the date. If you need to change this order date then please contact us ASAP.

    We offer a flat fee rate for Northern Ireland orders, and all are 5-7 working day lead times.

    Returns

    No Longer Required
    We’re happy to accept returns on unwanted items with a 25% restocking fee. Just make sure they’re in like-new condition, unused, and still in the original packaging, ready for resale. The buyer covers the return shipping, and returns should be made within 14 days of delivery. Please note that some specially imported or custom-made items can’t be returned.     Ordered Incorrectly
    We completely understand that mistakes happen! If you’ve ordered the wrong product, we’re here to help. We’ll happily assist you with returning the item and finding something that better suits your needs. There’s just a 25% restocking fee, and we ask that the item be unused, in like-new condition, and still in its original packaging. Returns should be made within 14 days of delivery, with the buyer covering the return shipping. Please note that some specially imported or custom-made items can’t be returned.     Damaged Products
    We know it can be frustrating if your order arrives damaged! We’re here to make it right with a replacement or refund. Just let us know within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at hello@efans.co.uk. Please include clear photos of the damaged packaging and the item(s) so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

    Faulty Products
    We know it's not ideal if your product is faulty. Please reach out to us at hello@efans.co.uk, and we’ll work with our manufacturers to identify and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In many cases, it’s something simple like a wiring or connection problem that can be easily fixed. If we can’t resolve it, we’ll arrange for you to return the item, and we’ll send out a replacement as soon as we receive it.
